Cyrano reads the electronic health record, drafts the discharge letter using a secure local AI, and verifies it with a second independent model. The physician reviews, accepts, or rejects every suggestion.
Access via the hospital's Single Sign-On and direct link to the electronic health record, without changing the workflow.
A second model compares the draft with the original data, flagging inaccuracies and conflicting clinical notes.
Already operational in Italian, French, and German, designed for multilingual healthcare contexts like Switzerland.
Patient data is reorganized into a structured format, readable by the model without ambiguity. Every department has its own paragraphs and standards: in the pilot departments of Internal Medicine and Surgery, the letter reflects the real needs of the clinical teams.
After the initial draft, an independent session starts using the LLM-as-a-judge method (a language model judging the output of another). It compares the text with the record and suggests corrections that the physician can accept or reject, also helping clean up clinical data at the source.
Flexible deployment: entirely on-premise within the institution's private network or hosted in a dedicated private cloud for the model and generation component. The architecture adopts open-weight models sized to the available hardware, without vendor lock-in to a single cloud provider. An orchestrator manages the load during the various steps of discharge letter generation.
